Like our customers, each Universal Defence Identity Management project is unique. While the general reasons behind choosing to embark on the Identity and Access Management path may be similar, this does not mean that every project can be approached in the same way. Ranging from a customer's internal business case for the project itself to the vagaries of a long forgotten yet critical legacy system which needs to be integrated - these are all differences that Universal Defence strives to understand and embrace in order to deliver a solution which perfectly suits the Business Environment and specific circumstances. Using the Universal Defence Methodology (UDM) as a framework while respecting the customer's own internal project delivery/lifecycle methods, Universal Defence is able to ensure that the project is delivered in collaboration with the customer - meeting quality, time and budget goals.
